We recently had our pergola roof and downpipes updated by Unleashing Plumbing, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Shane, the owner, was fantastic to work with—easy to talk to and incredibly kind. He took the time to walk us through all the options and provided valuable suggestions on what would be the most effective in keeping the area cooler. We followed his advice and have not regretted it since. We have been enjoying sitting under our pergola last couple of weeks—it's very cool and pleasant. Nick and the apprenticeship team did an outstanding job with the installation. We will definitely turn to Shane's company again for any future roof plumbing needs. Highly recommended! :)

Shayne was called (with very little notice) and came and repaired a smashed skylight. He put off less urgent jobs, solved all our problems, and was finished in 30 minutes. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️

Shane and the guys were a pleasure to work with and made the process of replacing our roof so easy. They were professional, respectful, efficient and kept us up to date every step of the way. Our new colourbond roof, gutters and down pipes have completely modernised our early 80s home and we are beyond happy with the outcome. We could not recommend Unleash Plumbing enough!

We engaged Shane to remove and replace our upper deck plumbing system which was rusted out, no longer water tight, and not up to current codes.
He was professional, timely and managed all aspects of the job including quoting, communication and site work from start to finish.
He was very easy to reach, communicate with and to work with - a big plus! Would happily recommend him to anyone seeking roof plumbing assistance.
